RBC corporately has the worst customer service of any of the big banks and that's saying something. You can't actually speak with anyone over the phone at the branch???? The telephone tree sends you to a recording that says the number is out of service. That is absolutely unbelievable. Want to deposit money into someone's account? Nope, can't do that either. Thanks RBC for being completely useless. I'm so glad I learned this early on and don't do any business with you.

Everytime I tried to call the branch , the stupid voice system never guided me for the right person, system has limited services and let everyone angry. They never ever answer the phone.

Do not use this branch if you can avoid it. I removed my accounts from this branch years ago as I was mislead by a loan manager at a difficult time in my life. So now a few years later I go into the branch because it handier then the other branch (same bank) to get some foreign currency. Well if the teller does not change my credit card without my knowledge or permission. Manager said it was an error but I wasn't even in there about my credit card. There was no need for the teller to touch anything other then the account that the foreign currency was being taken out of. A month later I am still trying to get it corrected. I have found this branch to be very unprofessional. Avoid like the plague.

I wish they had coin counters available for customers. Often change is collected my grand kids or change collected for charities. Wouldn't it be a good idea if kids could learn that is real money!! Yes take there change to the bank, put it in a machine and voila you have made $40 dollars for your hard work. An incentive for kids seeing money on paper. I am mentioning that as have a lot of change I have collected over the years. Do you want to money or does some other bank?
