Long line up just to get in, moved pretty slow too. Waited about 15 till I was in front of a teller. Once there, the staff were polite and courteous. Had me in and out in a relatively good time. Parking can get packed up on this side of the mall too so come a bit early and avoid the shopping crowd
Since the pandemic began, this branch is one of about six TD branches that has remained open in Victoria. Unfortunately, every single time I have been there to make a deposit or pay a bill since the middle of March, there have been very long lineups and I have waited up to forty five minutes outside ( sometimes in the rain). I do not enjoy having my valuable time wasted. I have been told that I could reserve a spot in the line up, using a cell phone, however I do not have a cell phone, so this is no help at all. No staff members have been able to provide any information as to when other branches may be reopening, so it appears this will continue for the foreseeable future. Not happy!
Incompetent staff. Maria G is the only one that knows what she's doing. Weird lineup situation, and a HUGE hassle to go to the bank. Will be closing my accounts with td as soon as I can.
I have never had such problems with a bank as I have with TD. The arbitrary rules and restrictions are exhausting and not ones I've seen or dealt with at other banks. I will be changing banks as soon as possible. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
Oh and I am thoroughly confused how hotels and gyms are open now with the pandemic but TD has managed to keep all but one of their branches closed.
This bank made my 8 mth pregnant wife stand in a line up outside in the rain for 30min.
