Stay Away. I came here because they supposedly offer great military products. Unfortunately they gave me the run around and when it came to business couldn't deliver. Can't communicate to save their lives and fail to resolve issues. They cater to themselves not to the customer. Their approach is dated and I would be surprised they last the next 10 years with the competitive fin tech solutions coming to market Take your banking somewhere else. I found Scotia way better and Island Savings is incredible. Get the attention your dollars are worth and the respect your money deserves. You won't get that at BMO.

Very good service. Daniel, the Assistant Branch Manager is a pleasure to deal with and very understanding. Not entirely a corporate experience, which is refreshing.

Well，it is not about this Branch，its about BMO. Not wana say BMO is totally bad but its obviously they can do better to keep the customers. I went there to cancel my account because for the same type of chequing account you paid around $11/month but has a limited 25 debits. However，in RBC，you could get 25 debits chequing account for no fee，and $11/month for unlimited debit. The point is not we dont have money to pay that monthly fee but thats how BMO make an impression to their customer. （No matter how much the money is，we will take them from you guys，LoL）And this made me cancelled BMO account which i have used for 4 years，not long but i am done with it and went back to use RBC for the rest with my friends and families. Sorry，Not done yet. I cancelled my account on March 6th，but you know what，they still charged me monthly fee for the entire month， same thing happened to me in RBC，I cancelled my old account and upgrade it to the VIP one，they only charged partial monthly fee which I used for 6days（Unlimited one）. Not respresent the RBC，but just wana talk about this. Take a look on its website and compare BMO with other banks. You will see why i and my friends cancelled everything from BMO That 2 stars are for the Branch agent，they are friendly and nice，if you are a BMO fan，it is good to go here.

Always such a wonderful experience here! Their customer service is amazing and they are super thorough in explaining and addressing all issues or concerns. Their student plans are fantastic as well. Love this branch!

Try phoning them and ask yourself if they are your local bank? They're not. Nice people for the most part but the organization does not care for its customers ability to communicate with them much.
