Do not waste your time to be there or make an appointment. Arranged a phone appointment in person. A day before the appointment: Double checked if this can be done over the phone. Got confirmation that it can be done. One the appointment day/time: Got a phone call saying that she cannot process this at this over the phone. Ridiculous! Wasted of my time + changing words. Not trustworthy. I really do not recommend this branch!

I recently moved from out of province and they actually refused to have me as my home branch with no explanation. Made me question why I am even with this bank for more than 20 years. I will look for a new bank and close my account. do i have to deposit 2million or have Dr. degrees to get qualified to have these guys as a home branch?

Scheduled an appointment, later found out it would be only a phone call, never got the phone call. This is the second time I’ve tried to meet with someone.

The MOST PAINFUL phone experience. I have been trying to call them and I have not been able to get a hold of someone. I called TD and Scotica and they actually have human answering the phone with less than a minute wait time. Besides, why is the phone option in English, Mandarin and Cantonese??????????????????? Why not English and French??? We are in Canada, NOT China. Why not other foreign languages; e.g. Spanish, Italian, Farsi, German, Arabic??? Disrespectful to people from other countries, disgusting and disappointing!!!
