This branch is horrible service!! Chinese young lady is so rude and looking down for the customers. Korean staff is awesome !! He is totally different service and smile as well Please do not ask any Chinese young lady. I do not remember the name ..

I just walked into this branch to see if I could speak to someone regarding my line of credit. The service I received from "receptionist" was terrible. All she asked me was secured or unsecured line of credit. I was inquiring about my unsecured and was told I can talk to a teller. No other options and explanation was given except for they were fully booked. I've been assisted by other receptionist and tellers from this branch and had pleasant experiences. This is the first person that customers see and I believe she could use additional customer service training. It's very disappointing to receive this type of service when I have been dealing with TD for many years. Perhaps I should just go back to the other branches in maple ridge, port coquitlam or burnaby.

I had a problem and tried to call them three times. The first two times I got cut off. The third time I was online for 1 hour and 10 minutes and I was told we're having technical difficulties and got cut off again. They couldn't answer the phone and solve the customers problems. I'm certainly changing my bank for sure.

Usually very friendly customer service but... this particular teller was not nice at all. Very demanding tone and not willing to listen to my concern. Next time I will avoid this particular teller and go to other friendly tellers:)

This place has a lot of over turn on staff the issue I had is no longer a problem, but it is still annoying having to deal with new tellers every month or so. I am just glad the the people who caused majority of the problems gone.
