Terrible experience with this branch. Was trying to do a transfer and they did not read nor understood the instruction sheet and were going to overcharge me. Unknowledgeable staff And inexperienced. will never go back to the branch on Johnson Street. They always seem to be so uncooperative

I've never had any negative experience with RBC at any other branch or over the phone. teller wasn't paying attention to my request and ended up doing a mistake. she then had to call a manager to come fix this issue. No apologies were given after waiting 8 mins to get this problem fixed. The message that was being sent is it is no big deal and okay for us to make a mistake and keep you waiting. I won't come again to this branch even if I had to drive few km more.

Needed an emergency chequing account open. They did but set it up wrong. Happy to get in quick, but the account doesn't work so I'm still stuck with unpaid bills.

TERRIBLE customer service , rude teller - literally threw a paper back at us to sign. What is wrong with the manager here that would allow this ? Time to pull out our money and deal with some other bank.
