One word: "Inept" then we might add rude, namely the tellers
Why dont you update your hours so I don't have to waste time going to your branch and finding out you guys are closed due to Covid. All other Branches including other BMO branches have been updated except this one. It shows how much you care for your branch and operation.
Whatever business you have with bmo, it'll take less time if you drive over to the coquitlam branch and take care of it there instead of waiting at the port moody branch.
This is probably one of the worst branches. I’ve dealt with 2 reps here and follow up is terrible. I’m always having to chase people to get status in any applications. I have to hound them by phone which by the way reroutes you in a loop. They don’t respond in a timely way the way other BMO branches do (downtown Bentall) branch is super efficient and much busier. Something is definitely wrong with their process. They blame the online contact centre for issues and the contact centres tell me it’s because these guys don’t know the process. My application was sent to another branch and that experience was seamless. The manager should be reading these reviews and fix the problems. I would not use this branch again in future due to the lack of customer service.
Just needed an ATM but there is no drive thru and no onsite parking. You have to park across the road and walk over...
