Don’t waste your time at this branch, Alex, the manager is really rude and not helpful at all. She needs to be trained and get back to the teller position not the manager. They wasted my time for half an hour and didn’t solve my problem. I called the customer service and they solved my problem immediately and apologized for the bad experience I had

This branch provided me with the absolute worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Even if you are a long time customer be prepared to be subjected to whim of whatever trainee manager is there that month bent on making a name for them selves.

It's true that their phone system doesn't really work, but when I came in in person to book an appointment, it was great. Everyone working there was wonderful, and made it painless to open a chequing account.

I go to this branch for most of my banking cuz it’s closer to my work and they always provide the best service possible. Friendly staff and convenient hours of operation.
