I've only used this bank once. I'm not a TD customer. But staff were friendly and helped me with what I needed to do. I have no complaints with this bank.

I have been having a horrible time with ICBC repeatedly trying to take money out of an account that has been closed for some time now and blaming it on TD bank. I went to a teller named Josh and explained my situation he could not get any help from management cause they were in meetings and the other tellers told me I should just close my account and open another one which I didn't want to do. Josh took his time and figured out a solution. I am so happy !!! That kid is extremely smart with amazing customer skills. TD bank is lucky to have him employed with them. My bank of choice for several years now. Directly across from my office, I love all the staff, whom I've gotten to know on a first-name basis. Always an enthusiastic "hi Luke!" and a warm smile whenever I come in to do my banking.
