I have been having a horrible time with ICBC repeatedly trying to take money out of an account that has been closed for some time now and blaming it on TD bank. I went to a teller named Josh and explained my situation he could not get any help from management cause they were in meetings and the other tellers told me I should just close my account and open another one which I didn't want to do. Josh took his time and figured out a solution. I am so happy !!! That kid is extremely smart with amazing customer skills. TD bank is lucky to have him employed with them. I hope what ever he did actually works out." ICBC is horrible josh is amazing"
My bank of choice for several years now. Directly across from my office, I love all the staff, whom I've gotten to know on a first-name basis. Always an enthusiastic "hi Luke!" and a warm smile whenever I come in to do my banking.
