BMO Bank of Montreal

Horribly run branch. The manager there won't even get out of his seat to come chat with me after they tried to tell me the person I booked an appointment with isn't there and that I'd have to reschedule. No communication whatsoever is so disappointing. Another issue is them not training their mortgage associates. Never ever go to BMO for a mortgage! Don't give them your business. Their employees aren't trained in mortgages so you will have a person who doesn't know what there doing trying to help you with a very large important transaction. I can't say this enough, please never ever use BMO for anything.

Shocked to hear that BMO downtown branch ignoring Covid Restrictions!!! Employees not permitted to call in sick and 1 employee who tested positive was continuing to come into work and serve the public for over a week. Very irresponsible, Head Office should be notified! Stay away from branch in Downtown Kelowna!!!

Justin Illingworth has been courteous & helpful whenever I've gone into this branch. For that reason and that reason alone I'll be returning in the future.

Worst customer service ever. For a business that is constantly using your money to make profit, you'd expect a little bit of courtesy. BMO's in Toronto are known for friendly staff... Kelowna not so much.
