I called 5 times and left 2 messages. Never able to speak to someone. I've been thinking for 3 years that I should change banks because of the rotten service. That its is too much !!!

We call on the phone for help or service but no one answers. In addition the bank closes at 15h, usually people work at that time. Sometimes just for a small piece of information you have to move or miss hours of your work. I think this is not a good service and in addition the opinions are shared but nothing has improved.
