Unprofessional service No class No judgment I had traveled from Mont Saint Gregoire tonight! I had an urgent need Poor clerk who has no discernment! She answers me: Ambulancables, police, pregnant woman! I tell him that I have an emergency because I drove a long time without being able to urinate !! Inhuman Did I have to tell him that I work for the police, an investigative company ... just to satisfy a basic need What does it do in the audience?

The attitude and behavior of the cashier was very disappointing. My friends and I are regular customers at the nightclubs and NEVER we have been served by someone so disrespectful. Comment moved, arrogant, without any smiles or hello when we enter the store, it is obviously he is eager to see us out of his store. We felt insulted by this cashier who does not wear a "name tag" which makes it difficult for us to file a complaint at the St-Jean Island store. But definitely we ferrons the necessary kilometers to move in the stations of Terrebonne to not receive an unpleasant service like the one we received at this station several times. August 5th at around 10:20 am
