Okay
There is never an answer on the phone, yet there is always a receptionist when you introduce yourself in person. Each time we fall on the voicemail box and a recorded message asks that we leave a message to have a return call at the end of the day, but in more pressing situations, waiting at the end of the day is not there. 'ideal. I find this a very poor customer service, this situation is unacceptable.

Really too long. 5,000 questions at the counter!
The wait at the counter is always endless. There are 2 cashiers for a line of people. It is December 23, it was predictable that there would be many people who would need to go to the counter !!!! Why didn't you plan it ??? Ah yes and on the 2 cashiers, there is one dedicated to the commercial counter !!! Unacceptable !!
