The director of this TD Isabelle Perron refuses to do a simple operation which requires them a minimal time to perform, confirming an official bank draft of desjardins by fax or phone to thaw the check faster than the 5 working days. Absolutely all banks and credit unions offer this service to their member when the member needs it, especially for a bank draft, it cannot be refused. After a little insistence the lady rides on her big horses saying that she is the manager and that is how it is, that I just have to change the bank for our commercial account if they do it elsewhere, which 'we're going to do with pleasure, she's the boss in this place ... Avoid at all costs, by refusing this basic service it puts us in trouble and it is unacceptable.

TD's worst branch The Director of Customer Service (Isabelle Perron) is arrogant and not at all professional. In addition, she does not control the processes of her bank. Indeed, me and my spouse deposited a check with a large amount for a down payment. The girl at the counter made the wrong amount and entered a zero less in the system (she put an amount of 4 digits instead of 5 digits). Fortunately we checked the receipt on site and reported the error on site. The Director came and we were told that there is nothing they can do except wait for the check to be refused and then start a correction procedure with the bank of the check issuer which takes 2 months. The only solution she presented to us was to go ask the sender to cancel the check and provide us with a new one, something the sender refused to do. We had to escalate this outrageous mishap to TD senior management. Fortunately, the manager of our file was professional and attentive and quickly corrected the error. He did not understand why the error was not corrected right away. He confirmed to us that the director did not apply the procedure. In short, after this mishap that almost caused enormous problems, we no longer go to this branch which does not at all reflect the usual level of service of TD.
