Genuine TD customer service, bilingual and friendly. Green lights and a welcoming atmosphere. Parking lot can be crazy during busy hours.
The grocery stores are open and the banks are closed with the money that they make deplorable I dream that other banks arrive here for their data of the competition there was already no service well there there is none at all
Very poor customer service. When I deposit a check in euros in other branches there is never a problem but this one wants to freeze the funds. Employees don't seem to know what they're doing. I'm not going back here anymore!
Still problems here never elsewhere. TD customer for 5 years, never problems except at this branch. To avoid!
I had the best advice from Ms. Christine how to manage my account so that I can use it in the U.S. without paying additional fees. She did her best to keep everything organized. She is aware of her work. The atmosphere at TD is lively and relaxing
