VERY VERY BAD SERVICE, NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AND WE HAVE YOU WAIT IN BRANCHES FOR THOSE TO HAVE TIME TO FIND THE INFO TO SERVE YOU AND THEN TAP ON THE KEYBOARD ASKS YOU TO EXIT YOUR DEBIT CARD TELLS YOU THAT THE MONEY ACCOUNT AMERICAN IS OPEN THEN TELLS YOU THAT EVERYTHING IS OK. I ARRIVE AT HOME AND NO OPEN ACCOUNT I HAVE CALLED TO DO IT BECAUSE ALL THIS SERVICE WAS BLOCKED ON THE SITE OF RBC ... NOT STRONG AT ALL .......
