Whenever I go to this branch, I can not help but exclaim: "It's the best bank in the world .. !!! " They amaze me every visit by their kindness, courtesy and unparalleled personalized service ...! It seems to me that there are no more "banks" like that nowadays ...! Thank you very much to all the staff at this branch. Rotten! I have submitted a company check to deposit at the cashier, she has it approved by her manager, deposits it and gives me a receipt. Leaving the counter, I realize that the funds were frozen for a week ...... I turn back and told them: why did you freeze the entire amount? You could have 1) m advised that you were to freeze the funds before even depositing the check 2) frozen just half!?!? The manager answers me: we can not do that just frozen half! BIG GUY !!!!! I have cashiers at the bank td (not that of Blainville), which is already doing it for me! But the BIG problem is the lack of respect in not taking the time to advise me before making the deposit that the funds would be frozen for a week! POURRI !!!!!!
