My experience with Ms. Caroline Gagné, Director of Development, Investment and Retirement has been extraordinary. Ms. Gagné devoted 3 meetings to planning my retirement to examine my assets at BNC and elsewhere and my future retirement funds in order to develop a reasoned retirement plan based on realistic assumptions. Ms. Gagné, who has many years of experience at the BNC, is highly professional in addition to being very friendly and attentive.

Exceptional customer service from the director: I had a sample which was attempted to be collected 7 times since it was NSF. The bank charges me 7x $ 45 in fees, for the SAME transaction ($ 25 !!!!) So I go to a branch in Rosemère (since I have moved and done business with BNC and Mastercard for 15 years!) And I am immediately told that it really makes no sense and that they must remove the surprises from NFS , to finally tell me politely that it is not the branch that has my file, that I must go to that of Boisbriand to settle everything. Arrived at Boisbriand, after 10 minutes of explanations, the attendant tells me that there is nothing she can do without the director, will see the director (who has so far refused to meet me despite the requests because she was in "meeting" (big lol)). In short I lose not far from 20 minutes to be told in the finals that the best that the director can do is take away 1 time the cost (hello the flight!). I explain that I have been a member for 15 years and that I will simply go elsewhere and would not put my account in the positive. The director still refuses to see me. but I am promised to be called the same day by her or her team. 2nd day without news, here I am a member of Tangerine and Scotiabank !! In addition to an incomparably better service customers, I also easily able to get the best packages and the best rates !! Goodbye BNC! Update: 2 hours after leaving the review, I finally received his call; Even if she was very professional, she still maintained that it was "unjustifiable" to reimburse me more than $ 45 (on the $ 315 air cost!) Since they moved to the suburbs, they have not thought it necessary to leave us a counter that can make deposits.
