No way to talk to anyone on the phone. I leave messages, but no return calls. As another client wrote "a phantom branch". But I believe that this has been the unacknowledged intention of the National Bank for almost two years: To scare away customers.

Please change your opening hours please go to google that you open at 9:30 am and we come up against a barred door. It’s nothing to help your service, which already sucks.

If you want to obtain service, unfortunately BNC in general "Beloeil included" is probably not the place to get it. In addition to always being closed at incomprehensible hours "example 4pm on a Friday when the majority of people finish at 3pm - 4pm". When we try to get assistance over the phone, tkmber will regularly arrive at a voicemail where we will tell you to come to the branch. Knowing that it is impossible most of the time to come after work or before work ... it is frankly depressing. In addition no way to have ibterac flash on the cell, the BNC is as always "Paypass to cite an example" late to the new technology. In short, not to have my assets in this bank I would have left long ago. I can't wait for my next mortgage renewal to say goodbye to BNC. Ps: it's nice to be refused service a few minutes after closing when I just want to redo my debit card which works more since you don't even offer an alternative. Living in the year 2000 ... it’s qusnd same riddicule.
