The worst branch manager you can ever see in your life, and the worst customer service. We were 10 people waiting in the line and there was one teller serving all the people. Terrible experience.

Very good service
I had invested in a Celi and the representative did not mention to me that an automatic reinvestment would take place after the due date so my money is blocked for another 1 year in a GIC which gives almost nothing, 1.5% . Worst banking experience for life. Another bad experience: A telegraphic bank transfer was misdirected, the seller canceled the order and I had to assume a total cost of $ 65.
