Long waits
Great service and nice people
I use this branch every week over the others for a few reasons: staff is super friendly, I have never felt staff give me any attitude before (unlike some other branches) and they seem to always have a solution to things. It's a less busy location so the wait times are minimal, and a parking is relatively easy.

Great customer service! We got our mortgage through this TD branch, and Nelson (branch manager) and his staff were very dedicated in helping us get the deal done. Nelson made sure to take the time to explain everything clearly, and make things simple for us as much as he can. We would highly recommend this particular branch for all of your banking needs, especially for mortgages.
Beyond extraordinary customer service! I don't usually ever write reviews but this branch really stood out. They went above and beyond to help you and they even remember you after only going there once. There are closer branches to where I live but I will definitely always come back here when I need help.
