TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Terrible experience .. Michelle Lowe? Chubby and wired eye makeup . She is RUDE , unprofessional customer service she need how to speak to customer nicely. I am not a bad criminal! Why she acting like i do something bad or wrong . I just wanted activate my new debit card. Other customers looked at me because of her angly voice. Other lady was kind but after she came out and explain something feels like she yelled at me because of nothing . She better get other job if she keep work like that.

Today was my second time visiting this branch. The teller named Angus Ing showed his poker face to me again. I told him I want to have wire transfer information for my account. It usually took 1-2 minutes to have that. But today, Angus asked me to call a number to confirm my most recent transactions because he assumed that I want to send my money out. After a long call, he just confirmed with me whether I receive money from outside of Canada or I send money out. His assumption wasted my time.

This bank is so unprofessional. The bank manager nancy is very rude and has an attitude. TD bank doesn't care about their customers, TD Bank loves people with money, if you don't have much money in your account they treat you like nothing. There are way better banks that actually care about people.

Haven't been into this branch ever since it got moved and was blown away with how wonderful the service was here. I came in wanting to discuss about my RESP and issues with my bank card. I was initially helped by a teller named Olivia. She was very patient with me and had a very wonderful smile that made me feel comfortable. She also helped me book an appointment with an advisor named Brian. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very patient with me as I did not realize all the different types of grant that are available. I would definitely come back to this branch based on their services.

Terrible experience: 1. Has a virtual line up which you can sign up with your device. I signed up. It was easy. Annoying that they don't want us in a lineup outside because they don't want it to appear like there's a line even though there is...just another way to deceive people 2. Went to teller to deposit someone's cheques into my dad's account. Only had his bank card number. Teller says that the individual has to be present if you only have the card number. However, due to covid, hours are restricted and my dad is unable to make it it and we had to deposit before end of day to make a payment. 3. Spoke with manager. Manager says we are unable to look people up with their card numbers and it can be deposited into the wrong account. Why did the teller tell me that it was possible if the member was present but the manager said it's not even possible to look someone up. - other banks are much better at dealing with COVID and don't deceive people with respect to lineups & they are able to look someone up just by their names...never had an issue like this before. I'm glad I'm not a TD member.
