This branch is horrible!!! I opened my account when I was 7 and since then, my whole family had been doing great with the investment advisor we knew. She went to another branch near home and as it turned out, these guys here won't release me as a client to another branch. She did years of free work because this branch kept it. I've moved over to TD and I want to transfer my funds but Branch Manager Cory Chen blocked the transfer. Cory, I'm not dumb! I called RBC and basically you blocked the transfer. Go elsewhere!!

I should have checked the reviews before coming here. I've been here for over 45 minutes for a simple cheque deposit from the government office DOWN THE STREET. Every other branch Ive gone to do deposit government cheques, child tax cheques or even personal cheques deposited it right away and I had access to the money no problem that same hour. The staff does look at you up and down if youre not the same ethnicity or even dress nicely to their standards. What should have been a simple thing has costed me now an hour, messed with my whole schedule. Feeling very bitter and judged. Wont be coming here again.

While I have been dealing with RBC for years and they have been great on almost every level this branch is the exception. Time after time the customer service terrible here, I am constantly getting excuses of why something can't be done only to go to another branch and have it easily taken care of.

I can not believe that a company this big has such poor processes in place. I am trying to get a hold of the branch on Akroyd and for the life of me I do not understand why this is so difficult. I am almost an hour invested in the most simple of issues that seem to be mountains to over come. All I want is my credit card to be sent to my house as it was sent to the branch for some reason. The incompetence of the three people that I have spoken to so far is beyond reasonable. My request is so simple and making the customer waste so much time on something so easy. This is now by far the worst customer experience I have ever had in any transaction ever. I am seriously considering moving banks as if this is the level of incompetence I am afraid to leave my money with this Company
