This branch has the best customer service.
I decided to wait a bit before reviewing this branch; being a new account holder it takes time to appreciate the depth of resources an institution of this mark can pass on to customers.
And I'm glad I took the time to pass judgement in this case. From the initial set up in house, until now, I have had nothing to complain about! Tip of the cap to Erica and the team...5*...😄
Today I had bad experience in this branch bank. Two young man staff are rude to me. This is very bad TD branch.
I booked an appointment for 10:30 am to close my bank account. I got there two minutes early and waited until 10:32 and nobody came.
I walked around and told someone I was waiting and they said that the person who I had an appointment booked with was busy.
They told me to wait on the line since I “just” wanted to close the bank account. The line was slow so I left without solution and came back another day.
Really disrespectful with my time. I had so many things to do and wasted my time. What is the point of booking an appointment if there’s no one available?
Staff does not seem to care about customers.
Do not recommend this branch.
Literally had the WORST mortgage advisor EVER!!! Not answering our questions and no offers, seems like she doesn’t know anything! Useless!
