National Bank

Got a car loan with this Bank. I am Contacting them for 2 months to pay off the loan. No response. Send mail, called them,,,,,,,,,,,,,, now planning to go in person towards Richmond BC or Richmond ON.......So easy to get loans but to close or pay off no way dear. Dont get any loans from NBC

The staff up at the front counters are super friendly and always ready to help. So 5🌌 is only for them. I can't say that the gentlemen in the back offices were helpful, because they weren't. I still don't even have a debit card, even after being a client for almost a year not to mention I have already a few thousand _$$$ in my account at all time. F*** THE SYSTEM. AND COVID-19 right up the creators of it.

Generally speaking, it's not hard to take a dim view of big banks; this is where you may find a difference here. Based upon experiences from years ago, refreshed by a jovial meeting yesterday, National Bank makes you feel comfortable. If you're looking, try them.
