worse TD branch ever! would never go again. some tellers don't know what they are doing, can't differentiate between transaction and account info. TRY TO AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.
I went to TD Bank at the Landsdowne Mall location. Worst service ever! The bank teller who associate me was very rude. She seemed racist as well. She was so nice & welcoming to an Chinese man in front of me but when it was my turn she was rude and I felt that she was rushing my visit at the bank (I’m a brown girl) The girl’s name was Jessica. She was very unpleasant, rude & kept giving me dirty looks during my visit. I will NOT be coming back to this bank.... TD Bank need to hire professional employees that care about their customers.
One of the best branch I have been so far which offers this good variety of drink!!!! Comfortable environment and a big parking lot!!!!!!
Manager Herman is super rude, employees dont know what they are doing at all ! This is the only branch in Canada I would never go to again !
Nice new TD Bank - lacking parking spaces though - or at least lacking signs/directions to get to their parking spots, if they have any. Their Green Machine is the coolest I have ever seen. It is like a large touch-screen TV on portrait, allowing you to select the type of denominations you want, down to $5 bills too! Coolest machine ever.
