I aarived 10 mins before closing, but still could not get inside, they told they are closed. And I had a bussines that needed to be done that day, Not recommended

Not felt welcome at all when I was there. I walk in around 10 on thursday morning; there was no customer. The asian bank teller gave me a feeling that I owe her couple million dollars and have not paid the interest. She had 0 smile, 0 customer service. I would rather drive extra 15 minutes to another bank than coming back here.

Just arrived 12:30pm on Saturday. It said close at 4pm. Nobody is there. No notice of early closing neither!

Staff are very friendly. They have specialist on the site all the time to support. I guess people just don’t usually appraise people when something goes well. People always find a way to compliant when something went wrong.
