0 freaking customer service. People there can't even say thank you .
This place is never adequately staffed. I'm standing in the bank right now and there are 16 people in line all the way out the door. It's been at least 2 years and they just dont learn. Never coming here again. Ever.
Busy location but counter only 2, there was a long line waiting at 2pm on Wednesday! Alway like that and soooooooooo slow!
SLOWEST SERVICE EVER.....OR staff shortages. I feel bad for the elderly who stands there for merely half an hour if not more. There's a lot of BMO in the Richmond area. Don't go to this one.
