So, I wanted to send money to Russia, but assistant told me I can't because it's sanctioned country. Guess what, I went to different location and they sent money no problem.:) I think the management and staff there watch global news about global conflicts too much. Guys stop watching this stuff and throw TV out a window, read books instead. It will make you better and smarter employees:)
Would be nice if they updated their hours in the website so I wouldn’t waste a trip
They treat my elderly mother very well there.
Extremely rude manager. Avoid this place. I transfer my bank service to another bank. RBC really needs to improve its customer service or they lose them.
Small branch. The staff here treat you very rudely if you're not Chinese! Disscusted with this location and their staff. Complaint filed with Royal Bank head office. I highly advise finding another bank.
