Watched from the waiting area for 5 minutes for my friend to complete her banking. All 3 tellers smiled for a grand total of 0 times. 似入左殯儀館，Teller無個識笑。

Best branch I've been to! Super friendly staffs and really willing to help you find a solution to all of your problems. They also made things super convenient and arranged everything according to my schedule. The only branch that makes me glad to be visiting them!

No French, but tons of Chinese. It’s great that you offer languages other than English but you cannot discriminate against French. We have two official languages, if you are going to offer something other than English you need to include French. That is like saying French Canadians are not worth your business. If you want to put up Chinese, despite it not being an official luggage, you need to include our countrie’s two official languages first and foremost, and then Chinese. French Canadians should not be treated as second class citizens behind the Chinese. It’s not right.

Legendary customer service. People complain about banks all the time like it's the hip thing to do. Processes take time. This is a bank, not a fast food restaurant. M.L is a welcoming, professional and knowledgeable FSR who helped with me with my banking needs. Never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. Great lad!

This location is incredibly slow!! There is always a 5 person line up with only one or two cashiers. When it's finally your turn a simple transaction like taking money out of your account takes 10 minutes. Every single time I'm in they are making a mistake. This store needs to retrain the staff and practice retaining good tellers. Switching to another bank after being with TD for 20 years.
