Long lines with barely any employees. I was told to visit the branch to fix a mistake by the RBC help line and the clerk at RBC was very cold and unhelpful. It is also a very inconvenient spot if you are driving there. I am switching banks due to the bad experiences I have had with this branch and RBC.
I was given a letter stating my account will be closed in 2 weeks for no reason.
Upon calling they told me "There is no issue with your account, we just cannot have your account with us anymore. This is the head branch's order and we cannot do anything about it".
So if you want to have your accounts closed at any given time, please continue with RBC - especially this branch where no one even tries to help you.
Constantly wrong information provided. It is mistake after mistake happening there. I am moving to another branch. I need a branch that I can trust....a branch that provide correct information.
Good location, for friendly staff and I never wait more than 5 min.
