Stay Away. I came here because they supposedly offer great military products. Unfortunately they gave me the run around and when it came to business couldn't deliver. Can't communicate to save their lives and fail to resolve issues. They cater to themselves not to the customer. Their approach is dated and I would be surprised they last the next 10 years with the competitive fin tech solutions coming to market Take your banking somewhere else. I found Scotia way better and Island Savings is incredible. Get the attention your dollars are worth and the respect your money deserves. You won't get that at BMO.

My grandma uses and absolutely loves this bank. Anna, a financial advisor here, is wonderful. She explains everything clearly, is very personable and clearly cares about her clients. I'd highly recommend her

This branch went above and beyond... for me. Kirsten helped me understand finances better than I have been to this point. She was kind and understanding while I floundered with tax season (never lost her cool once!). Thank you BMO.

Disappointed with the lack of fluent English served at this branch. They sounded very unsympathetic and lots of miscommunication. The only good thing about this branch is that they are open on Saturday.

So far, so good!😊 Have only visited this branch a couple of times so far, but it's been a positive experience to date. Tellers we interacted (sorry, don't have names) with were pleasant and efficient. Their manager, Bruce is a very personable guy. 😂 We were impressed with his "hands on" attitude, insuring clients are truly satisfied with the service overall. Financial advisor Scott L. was also very pleasant. Someone who obviously has a real interest and passion for the work that he does: financial and retirement planning. Not the most exciting topics but it's evident that he takes his work seriously AND also, with a smile!😊 Still considering our options for some investments we want to transfer but this BMO branch is definitely a contender.
