They put 7-10 day holds on all deposits, including cash. Cards don't have tap in 2020. Staff are friendly but all basic banking needs take way too long. There are better credit unions.

I purchased a newly built home and shopped around for home insurance for months. I walked in without and appointment on my lunch break, left them some details and they emailed me a quote the next day. This branch had provided me with the lowest quote for the most coverage by a long mile - it wasn't even comparable to some of the quotes we got. I had the pleasure of working with Amanda and then her supervisor Corrine. When I came in to review my quote and purchase the insurance plan I got a slightly revised policy for even less with more meaningful coverage for our situation and lower deductibles. The other staff were very friendly and offered to make me coffee or tea while I waited. :) I would really recommend!

This is my first experience with a credit union. Coming from the big bank I did not know what to expect, CIBC, TD, Royal Bank, Bank of montreal I had them all. I am always treated with respect and they very helpful. I come in and out quickly. I go to the Mayfair location. I am happy my money stays in the community. Instead of those big banks (laying people off and sending the jobs oversees).
