BMO Bank of Montreal

Stay Away. I came here because they supposedly offer great military products. Unfortunately they gave me the run around and when it came to business couldn't deliver. Can't communicate to save their lives and fail to resolve issues. They cater to themselves not to the customer. Their approach is dated and I would be surprised they last the next 10 years with the competitive fin tech solutions coming to market Take your banking somewhere else. I found Scotia way better and Island Savings is incredible. Get the attention your dollars are worth and the respect your money deserves. You won't get that at BMO.

I made a small business banking appointment and the representative called me at the wrong number. I asked to reschedule and they say 'yes' without providing a date and time, and then went on holidays without passing on my file.

I had a pretty good experience at this Bank of Montreal branch. I was helped with what I needed help with, and then went on my way. Also, this branch is in a good, accessible location.

Very poor customer service. The teller was rude AND made a payment to the wrong account when I had the paper statement in hand. There is a reason I stopped banking here... Update: Once again, reason why BMO is NOT my primary bank... the "BMO Digital Care Team" can't even use their response templates properly " Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your recent branch experience, (name). "... what a joke!

This branch has very poor customer service. We ordered some foreign currency for a wedding present. We were told it would take four to seven days. After 10 days we went to pick it up and were told they did not have it and we were out of luck. They did have plenty of excuses, though. They even tried to put the blame onto us by saying we should have checked our account to see if the exchange had been withdrawn. What a sad and pathetic display. Thanks for ruining, what would have been, a wonderful wedding gift.
