High Staff turnover with little knowledge of products and zero assistance or follow-up... It’s been months trying to get answers to an issue for parents...every time you speak with someone they tell you previous “account manager” has left....glad I’ve moved all accounts elsewhere.

Sally at CIBC Hillside location has been pivotal and relentless in resolving a banking situation that took way too many months to rectify. Without her involvement, the matter would never have been resolved. Deeply appreciate your hardwork Sally.

I had an appointment with Chris Tang the Senior Financial Services rep and I am beyond impressed. I went in looking for information to build my credit up. Unfortunately what I was looking for was not offered by CIBC. He then looked into other options for me to start saving. Chris was professional, friendly, and very informative. He impressed me with his knowledge and advice. I was debating switching back to TD because they offer the one thing I was looking for but will not be doing so after Chris' outstanding customer service!

This location has went downhill over the years with high staff turnovers and slipshod financial advice. Cyrus and Shirley both left the branch, leaving my accounts in a bit of a mess. Thankfully Jenna has been clearing most of issues and I'm very grateful she's still around. I'm hoping things will improve again; if not, I rather do my major transactions back at Mayfair branch or look into other options elsewhere.

Some of the worst service I've ever had. Teller could not help me even after going back for the same issue three times in a week. Eventually talked to the manager who told me to go away because he was busy. Was then charged a fee to cancel my accounts so I could bank elsewhere. Completely ridiculous.
