Have been a member for years. By far the best financial institution I have dealt with. The manager, Andrew, remembers me from a meeting years ago and greets me by name whenever he sees me in the branch. 👍👍

We love Branch Manager Andrew, and Jen and all the team who serve us are so helpful and friendly too. Glad these nice people are working at our neighbourhood branch :) Updated review: Though TD was slow to get up-to-speed on Covid 19 safety protocols (social distancing markers, limiting clients in the bank, sanitizers, masks), they came through in I guess late summer, with a well-implemented safety plan. Thankful to feel relatively safe when I have to bank in person :)

I visited this branch on Monday. There was no hand sanitation for the public or for the workers. I stood at the counter at a position about two meters from the clerk who told me to move to where she was standing. So we did my business while we were within two feet of each other. None of the bank clerks were wearing gloves. The staff at this branch are friendly and capable, but this ignoring of COVD19 was grossly irresponsible and should be corrected.
