RBC Royal Bank

Ashley is great. RBC itself is awful. Their own systems don't work properly which ended up with me getting calls from their collections department. This was through absolutely no fault of mine. I would have given 1 star but Ashley E. saved the day. I was mad and she handled it all very well. Thank you Ashley! Avoid RBC at all costs in my opinion, but if you have to bank there, go to Ashley.

Terrible place to do banking (this location only). I come in with simple issues or concerns and end up having to go through a bunch of hoops and loops for no reason. Also, this Bank, changed my PIN/restricted access to my account without my knowledge and could only tell me that I needed to change my PIN. Aweful banking experience, they overcharged me for 12months, before finally agreeing they were over charging me for my accounts. I also get charged for over draft protection when I was informed by them, I wasn't able to have overdraft protection. The absolute worst Bank, do not trust with your funds/ financial needs

No one manning the til & line ups form but noone seems to care

Was experiencing some difficulties with some paperwork for Direct Investing, but James Clark went above and beyond to find the solution and make sure my problem was solved. Friendly service and expertise beyond anything any bank has ever done for me. I would recommend anybody to bank here.
