Stopped for gas, gave them my status card, the 2 white girls behind the counter refused my card The owner needs to train his staff better!! That is prejudice Do not go there if you are not from down here!!!!!

Whoever is supposed to be working at 12am on Tuesday Jan. 15 / Wednesday Jan. 16, 2020 should actually be manning the counter. My husband stood at the window and rang the buzzer multiple times and no one showed up. It was after we finished filling up, about 10 minutes after trying to get hold of them at the window, that they showed up.

I was very dissatisfied with the late night service, after a long trip. Traveling alone, late at night, I didn't want to stop on the side of the highway to use a washroom. When I arrived to Chilliwack, I really had to use the bathroom. After filling my car up with gas, I asked to use the restroom and was informed that they were not going to let me in to the washroom. I understand that late at night sometimes it could be a safety issue; however, I am a female, who is clean and professional looking. I am sure the owner would have made an exception!

One job that’s it tried to use promotion gift card today had to go in could not use at pump then error was made by the manager (Karen) and she said I have to wait 3 days for the gift card to be reloaded so I can come back again and get gas because it timed out she tried to talk to me over the intercom at pump which was completely useless and not to mention the pumps are painful slows she states she has no way to just overuse and provide the gas that I was owed while process for 20 buck in gas to over 29 mins waste of time and horrible customer service
