A while ago, I was in this TD branch about half an hour before closing time. It was busy, and while waiting, I couldn't help but noticed how patient and pleasant one of the tellers was in dealing with her customers (some of whom needed more time and care). She was smiling and civil in the midst of all the pressure and though she didn't served me I was impressed enough to ask for her name to single her out for commendation. It's easy to complain with bad service and we are not that quick to acknowledge it when the service is wonderful. This lady's name is Kristina Bodden - a terrific ambassador for the bank and branch!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Their Manager Amanda is awesome!. I had problem with cashing my draft after I sold my car, some information was missing and these guys went out of their way to help me, for a second I thought I got spammed as I had signed all transfer papers for my car and here I have draft into my name with missing information on it. TD is lucky to have such a increditable staff.
