Dealt with this downtown branch for 25 years. Fabulous staff and customer service but the phone tree is something that needs work. As I live in the Fraser Canyon and don't have easy branch access, perhaps Hope BC could serve as another location? RCBs best services are offered overseas when traveling. Truly amazing.

Honestly never came out of an RBC branch feeling content. I know it’s not the teller’s fault for the company policies but if you can’t do something please just tell me no. I really don’t need a 10 minute explanation and dodging around for a yes/no question.

an absolute horrible financial institution. They are not their to help rather to turn a profit. i been hung up on, called names and they said they wished they dont have my mortgage on their books...My experience today was to increase my weekly mortgage payments to get shunned and hung up on... waiting for renewal to move my mortgage!
