Customer service at this branch is extremely disappointing. One teller in particular is always rude and condescending towards me and my sister. I try being extra nice to avoid this, yet it always happens. I never have any tricky asks, I only ever go to the bank to withdraw money. I hadn't been to this branch for years and would be willing to drive the extra 15 mins if it meant not having to deal with this teller. I ended up having to go to this branch a few days ago and it was the same old horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the Cottonwood branch instead, everyone there is so kind!

I’ve been banking here for 3 years since moving to Chilliwack. They have always been excellent. Not so anymore since they re-opened recently after the COVID closure. I tried to pay my TD Visa with a cheque made out to TD from our notary (mortgage renewal that also paid our credit card off). Because the cheque was drawn from the Royal Bank they sent me across the street to RBC...the manager there was floored and sent me back to TD and said the folks at TD were basically smoking something funny. I then went to the TD branch at Cottonwood Mall and had absolutely NO problem depositing the cheque and paying my TD Visa. Both the staff member and the manager on staff at the Vedder TD should give their heads a shake. Very disappointed in the service.

Poor service .... Really poor. It's a weird thing really. My home branch in Abbotsford is exceptional. Having been a customer for decades and traveled across Canada a great deal. The song remains the same. Do yourself a favor and skip the snooty management and use the online Application or Telephone. . . The telephone reps are truly exceptional.

The reason why I rate a 5 is because of this one employee that works there. His name is Marcus. He’s incredibly awesome, kind, and generous. He will definitely try his best to get the things you need to be done in the bank. I recommend him highly.
