RBC as a whole is circleing the toilet with their out dated tricks and scams, this branch is so unorginized I would be embarresed as the manager but this is who RBC puts in management for "your best interests" lmao. Been at CIBC for a year now and after 25 years of RBC BS, did not realise how outdated RBC really is. Just a cash grab.

Terrible terrible service. Branch was supposed to call me when my new replacement card arrived (special courier to replace compromised card). They never called. After wasting half an hour on the phone, RBC confirmed that this branch signed for it over a week ago. When I went there they falsely claimed that they had called when they certainly did not (no voice mail). Then they said that the card was activated after I chose my new pIN, but when I went to use it later, it was repeatedly denied. Turns out it was not activated like they assured me. Staff does not know what they are doing. Huge waste of time, calling, waiting for service, then told 2 lies.

Very very poor professional and customer service. Booked appointment for a very urgent matter. I was told it would take only 15 mins to work on my papers. While booking appointment, I mentioned VERY clearly that I will be very late as I was going there from work which is far from branch. He said its okay, they will make a note of it and wait for me and make sure my papers are done. When I went there 15 mins before closing. They started acting like they are busy and after few mins a lady comes to me and says sorry its too late blah blah rubbish things.. They were not ready to listen that appointment was made clearly mentioning I will be late. but they don't care for customer. They dont care how urgent the matter is. From their behavior it appeared pretty intentional that they didn't want to help. Horrible experience!!!

Hardly any waiting. Was out of the bank in 10 minutes. Had to collect a form n leave. They were quick and efficient in their process.
