I don’t know why they’re still keep the rude manager in this bank. I bet she will kick so many clients out of this bank location The manager here so awful. With her attitude, she shouldn’t allow to be manager. All of staff here so nice accept The Manager. Feel so poor for all of staff work here with her .

I don't usually have this banking experience, but thrilled to be serviced by Jag Sander today. There was quite the lineup and I didn't think I would have the opportunity to finish my banking prior to my next appointment. But within minutes, Jag serviced a handful of clients quickly allowing me to ask my shopping list of questions. She clearly knows the system inside out and how best to service clients. I wish everyone the same exceptional service I received today thanks to Jag.

I've been with td bank for 8+ good years. After today I want to switch bank. The manager is the biggest useless waste of time I've ever met in my entire life. Worst customer service I've experienced. Call td mobile and they fixed everything this incompetent woman can't.

Had fraud happen, bank does absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. Management is super rude, worst I have ever seen, and to be honest their interest rates are the worst, and their fees are the highest. Very dissatisfied
