There’s a girl ( Ravneet ) working in the early morning on weekends is so rude. Always busy on her personal phone calls. She doesn’t know how to talk with the costumers. I felt disrespectful. Grow up shell

This gas station does not Post a sign on counter PLEXIGLASS stating NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. The receipt did not show no returns or exchanges. The cashier did not advise no returns or exchanges. A day later I returned to store with the purchase and was told no returns or exchanges. I called customer service at Shell Canada and was advised the owner of this store would call me back in 3 days. I didn't receive a call and called back. Today I was advised no returns or exchanges. Customer service had advised me he had similar complaints from other Shell stations. Not impressed with this franchise. Will not be purchasing anything at Shell and will be advising the Air Miles program.

Beware. They charged me twice on my credit card.

Consistently one of the highest prices for premium gas in the Lower Mainland. Facilities are good. Getting back into traffic during rush hour can be challenging.
