Just received the most horrible service from an East Indian girl today June 16 around 645pm. Does not even deserve 1 star! Everyone else that has helped me there has been great. I actually had to ask her if she was new (maybe she's still learning how to provide customer service?) No manners at all! Learn how to talk to customers, my dear!

Jyoti and her associate, told me and my sister, after buying some snacks and tobacco, that the washroom wash busy and we would have to wait, we were clearly inactive hurry but went and stood for 5 mintes in front of the bathroom door, only to have the staff finally tell us they have the key and no one is in the bathroom. Are you kidding? What sick pleasure did they get watching us waiting and dancing around for the washroom, also knowing we were waiting for a cab who was running the meter. Enough to make me steer clear of Shell stations for the foreseeable future, just because... get bent jyoti

Went to this gas station only because of the car wash. Prepaid $50 for gas and a basic car wash ($9.99 + 50¢ tax). The total gas purchase was $39.51. The receipt out of the pump was too short, so the car wash code was cut off. Went inside and asked the cashier for a code. He told me the car wash was "not working". Why was it not posted on the pump? I asked for a refund and he only gave me $10 back. I pointed out that he still owed me 50¢ (49¢ actually) and he said it was a tax on the gas. When did gas station s start charging taxes twice? He had absolutely no idea how things work. I stated the tax was on the car wash and he still owed me that money. He finally refunded 50¢ but this station caused me a waste of too much time.

No receipt as promised and a disqusting bathroom

Gas fraud. Got gas this morning and although I selected low grade 89 octane (work van) the pump charged me for the highest octane at almost 30 cents a litre more. I very specifically selected 89 octane, not 91 at the higher cost. #gasfraud #shell #shellgas
