Not friendly and not very helpful. I was waiting in the lobby and wanted to open a new account. For a while, when no one was seem to be available to help me out but seating in front of their computer and while ignoring that you're actually there. I asked if I could open an account and they told me to seat and wait until I had enough and just left. Seriously, who has the time for b.s like that! I went to TD instead and service came in a second! Now i bank happily with them.

the branch representative didn't allow two person from same family in the lobby because the lobby limits only four. We totally understand the social distances practicing but we come from same family and I’d address are the same. So sad :(

This used to be a great bank. After 27 years we closed all of our accounts due to poor service and oppressive fees. No one even asked us why we were closing our accounts. They honestly couldn't care less. We had an outstanding credit on our Mastercard which they said had to be paid by cheque. It's been 5 months, and many follow up phone calls, and we still haven't received our funds. It is unfortunate that this bank has lost it's culture of customer service.

Extremely terrible teller service. I opened accounts there Jan 31/2018 And switched to BMO for all my banking needs I am so disappointed in the teller, only ever having 1 teller and 4-8 people in line at any given time. I guess I'm old fashion and prefer to do banking with a teller than to do it online or through the atm. I will be switching banks and closing My BMO accounts as soon as I have time to open a new account elsewhere. I wish I had researched and looked at reviews because changing bank institution's is a pain and time consuming 😔😕

I'll never bank anywhere else !!! I live 30 min away from this branch and I'll go out of my way for them. Early this spring I was in a very bad funancial situation being a full time stay home dad of 3 kids with limited income I was going behind in many ways . It was unfortunate they couldn't help me which I totally understood why. 1 week later on May 4 I get a call from Charissa branch manager asking me to come to the branch the next day May 5 Next morning I went to the branch 9:15 as one of the tellers said he's here he's here .. Told me have a seat .. Next thing you know the whole staff comes out singing happy birthday and a cake, party hats, and huge gift bag with gift cards for groceries and treats for the kids ! Best surprise ever ! Amazing day ! Never will be forgotten ! THANK YOU BMO ....THANK YOU CHARISSA KEECH & STAFF .. You guys rock !!!
