Friendly teller, but everyone else doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Set up a US account and she put my name wrong and had to go though several steps and paperwork to get it right. Still isn’t right but I know how to get into account so that’s ok. I was told that when I figure out how to set up the linked account, I can come and show her how to do it. Likely switching banks.

Extremely slow service, never enough tellers to assist customers. I overheard a teller saying to a customer "Mondays are our busiest day"... And they only had 2 people working.
