TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I've had a joint account with my elderly mother for 10 years. It was a senior's account we used to pay her bills when she was unable to do so. Suddenly they changed it and started billing us all kinds of transaction fees and say there is no product where we don't have to keep $$$$$ money in it in order to wave fees. Save yourself a headache and go to Tangerine. They have zero transaction fee accounts, no fuss and I doubt they'd suddenly just modify a legal contract to their benefit.

I would like to acknowledge Lowen Trang the branch Manager at Fleetwood for going above and beyond to help me get my banking needs solved. I'm currently in LA and have had the hardest time dealing with up to 9 people to try and do basic banking things without any success. Lowen went out of her way to help me solve my banking needs, when she could have just simply said "sorry we don't do that" - It's people like Lowen who ensure TD has customers for life. This branch is super disorganized - they have a check in and wait outside for your turn procedure for COVID-19 but people just walks in and gets in line while the people who checked in just waits forever 🤷🏻‍♀️

The bank is good but most of the employees extremely bad they give attitude like today half an hour ago I was in line I was second I had an appointment then there's these 2 workers outside who let people go infront of me and gave attitude so I just left because they let alot of people go infront of me and gave attitude thank you

im costumer since 1990 , always had good service , but with covid rules its insane , today drive thru atm out of service , inside only one works, to see a teller its over 2 hours wait, my wife waited 1 hour but her lunch time run out , so its my turn , And yes I tried on line banking to pay tax bill but it kicked me out 3 times . . im ready switch...
