Been dealing with this bank for years! Never a problem staff always goes out of their way to make your banking a lot easier! Have my personal and business account here couldn't be happier.

Received a half a twenty dollar bill from their drive thru atm, went back to the branch to give the half a twenty back and get a full twenty dollar bill. Was sent back to my branch who then told me they need to replace it. This bank still is giving the run around and will not replace this twenty. Waste of time dealing with these people who do not seem to care about customer service.

The Staff photocopies your picture ID without your permission. I feel very uncomfortable about how safe my personal information is secured with this Credit Union.
