Worst credit card service ever. Will probably cancel after having it only for a month. Don't waste your time.
DONT BOTHER GOING IN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I just needed my daily limit raised for a one time withdrawal.
Which can be done over the phone, basically I needed to use her phone.
She asks for my card verifies my account info and tries to force me to get a savings account, by giving false info about interest rates. .... finally when I did get the phone from her I still had to provide my card info and security details and the guy on the phone completed the work.
So don't waste your time the lady at the kiosk just wants to log your info and up sell products just make a phone call.
Was promised that my medication will be ready in 40mins. Medication dropped at 1050am .Knowing they are slow therefore came back @3 pm only to wait as medication was not processed. Such a lousy service.
